• Booking details you submit: name, phone/WhatsApp number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers, vehicle preference, flight number and notes.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use your information

• To confirm, schedule and complete your ride.
• To contact you about your booking, flight changes or pickup details.
• To improve our service. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Third-party services

Booking form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io) and delivered to us by email. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy policy. Your details are shared with your assigned driver only as needed to complete your trip.

Data retention

We keep booking records only as long as necessary for operations, accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.
